Each platform destination counts as one post. For example, publishing to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn counts as 3 posts. Only successfully published posts count towards your limit.

How billing works
The rules behind every plan, in plain terms.
- Free trial
- Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked. You don't pick a plan and no credit card is required. If you subscribe before it ends, the remaining days carry over and billing starts when the trial is over.
- Monthly or annual
- Every plan is billed monthly or annually. Annual billing charges 11 months instead of 12 and is billed once a year. The limits are the same on both.
- Per organization, not per person
- Each organization has its own subscription, managed by its Owner. Every plan includes unlimited team members, so adding a colleague never changes the price.
- What counts as a post
- Each platform a post is published to counts as one post: one post sent to three networks counts as 3. Only successful publications count, and the quota resets every month on your billing day, annual plans included.
- Changing plans
- Upgrades, including a move from monthly to annual, take effect at once and the prorated difference is charged right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancelling
- Cancel from Settings → Billing whenever you want. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and your posts, media and settings stay saved if you come back.
- Payment
- Payments are processed by Stripe, and PostRite never sees your full card number. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, and Pix for subscriptions in Brazilian reais.

You can keep writing and scheduling posts. A post that comes due after the limit is reached fails instead of publishing, and you can retry it after upgrading or once the quota resets on your billing day.
No. You pay per organization, and every plan includes unlimited team members with Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer roles. If you run several organizations, each one has its own subscription and plan.
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), processed by Stripe. Pix is available when you subscribe in Brazilian reais with your account set to Portuguese (Brazil).
Annual billing gives you one month free. You can enter a promotion code at checkout, and a new customer invited with another organization's referral link gets 20% off their first payment, applied automatically. One discount applies per checkout.
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your posts, media and settings stay saved, so you can pick up where you left off. Deleting an organization is different: its subscription ends at once and the unused time is not refunded.
